Our species has faced many existential threats and survived them all. But we are facing some of our greatest challenges since the invasion of our homeworld. Our cloning machines are beginnig to malfunction. Our top scientists tell me our DNA has been copied too many times. They have advised all personelle to take great care of their current bodies. Additional cloning is prohibited until further notice.

My esteemed colleagues, there is no gentle way to put this. Our race is dying. Unless we can fix the DNA replication extractors, this may be where we face extinction. However, it is not in our nature to die quietly. We have conquered worlds, seen the birth and death of stars, and travelled the vast espanse of the galaxies. Ours is a noble and powerful destiny. I will refuse to give up. If this is our final hour, let it be one of great determination. I am implementing Genetic Order 2XR. I do not do this lightly. The compulsion to collect DNA from earth's species will be potent and I ask that you bear it with dignity. In accordance with attempting to discover solutions to our current crisis, we will also begin experimentation to see if we can alter the DNA of the earthling species to transform them into Xilien.

Many of you have observed that the earthlings have destroyed much of their planet's atmosphere. I have sat with our social engineers, scientists, and advisors. The solution is clear and unavoidable. We will help them survive this planetary catastrophe. We refuse to let our best hope for survival commit planetary suicide. This I have commanded and so it shall be. Long Live the Xilien Empire.

This is a formal notice to all agents in the field that the incident on ██████████ is considered an unacceptable way to conduct yourselves in public. All agents involved are suspended until further notice. It is wasteful of Agency resources to have to clean that much DNA off of one person. As agents of Division Six, we are the eyes and hands of the Controller in Harayadori. Our primary job is to observe all possible threats to the Controller's goals and to act only when it is clear that there will be interference with those goals. We are to stay out of sight and, whenever possible, reassure the human populace of their superiority in all things. Widespread knowledge of the existence of non-humans, of the Xilien Presence, or the Agency itself is must be prevented at all costs. Only certain individuals outside the agency may be allowed to continue with their knowledge, but the population at large must be kept ignorant.
